Hardware design and configuration
Efficient software needs efficient platforms and associated network interfaces. Each storage node has up to four switched 10 Gbit Ethernet in terfaces to the core network server cluster. Non-blocking delivery of storage network output requires an OC-192 interface for each switched o utput. Typical server interfaces are switched over much slower ethernet lines. (1 Gbps and 100 Mbps interfaces available.)
Network data security and system reliability
We specialize in providing secure interface technology to ensure that the database application is always available and that all pertinent data is always online. Our engineering staff works closely with every data customer to ensure that all required application specific interfac es are functioning.

With 24 GB DDR3 SDRAM and fully-meshed 10 Gbit Ethernet fabric the Quantum Electric™ cluster is well suited to even the most demanding parallel processing applications.
